Experience the Taste
Our range of corn-based snacks is all about big flavours, fun textures, and unforgettable bites. From cheesy and savoury to sweet and surprising, each snack is designed to bring a sense of adventure to your day.
Founded in 1969 by Mr. Ray Calleja, the company began its journey in Malta producing the original rice-based snack, Twistees. When Steve Calleja, the present Managing Director, took over the business from the late Ray Calleja, he continued to build on this strong foundation by expanding operations and introducing the Tastees brand for export markets.
Through continuous investment in skilled personnel and the latest manufacturing technology, the company consistently achieves the highest standards in snack production for both local and international markets. This commitment ensures full customer support and satisfaction at every level.
Over the years, the product range has grown well beyond the original Tastees, evolving into a diverse and exciting selection of flavours designed to appeal to every taste. Ongoing innovation keeps the brand fresh and relevant, attracting both loyal customers and new generations of snack lovers.
After many years of successfully exporting the Tastees brand, the company further expanded its portfolio by developing new brands such as Sizzzlers, Topsy, and Maraliciousโall of which have proven to be highly successful in their respective markets.
